Start with a local health check. Do not treat a model error as a policy decision.

An agent was not configured

aif configure --validate

Run configuration again and validate the selected integration. Compare the result with supported agent boundaries.

The model or protection service is unhealthy

aif status
aif doctor

Status shows whether the protection service, local model, and activity history are ready. Doctor identifies the component that needs attention and its next repair.

You need a support attachment

aif doctor --bundle

Create the privacy-filtered diagnostics bundle, then attach its output to an issue or bring it to a support call. If documentation and diagnostics are not enough, book a call.

The command is blocked

Read the related rule and use the suggested safe alternative. You can review the local record with aif show, and consult decision labels for the expected next action.
